WHAT WE DO TO SERVE OUR COMMUNITY

-The doctors and staff at Great Oaks Animal Hospital are committed not only to you and your pets but to their community as well.

-Dr. Willis participates in a program called "Stepping Up, Stepping Out" in which she volunteers her time and shares her knowledge with local elementary and middle school students who are interested in becoming veterinarians.

- Dr. Grimm volunteers with the Junior League of Austin and is heavily involved with Riverbend Church and its various outreach activities. She has also donated time to the Austin SPCA.

The hospital is a financial supporter of many community groups including local school groups and teams. We also donate our time and products to projects that benefit the Round Rock community.

-We sponsor a tour group through the clinic to provide kids with an idea of what it's "really" like to be a doctor of veterinary medicine.

-The doctors work closely with Greyhound Pets of America of Central Texas, Lago Vista Paws, Castle Greyhound Rescue, Northwest Cat Rescue, Legacy Boxer Rescue, the Williamson County Humane Society, Town Lake Animal Shelter, and the SPCA of Central Texas. They do this to provide low cost vaccinations, spaying and neutering, and health checks to make it easier to find good homes for all of these animals.
