-We open our doors at 7:00am Monday through Friday and stay open until 7:00pm (Friday we close at 6:00pm). We are open from 8:00am until noon on Saturdays.

-The doctors start seeing patients by appointment at 8:00am. If you need to be somewhere else, we offer a courtesy drop-off service, where any pet that is up-to-date on vaccinations can be left for the day for a doctor to examine. The doctor will then consult with you either by phone or when you come to pick up your pet.

-If your pet is seriously ill, we will work with you to have your pet seen as soon as possible.

-We accept emergencies and will make sure than in an emergent situation, your pet receives the best of care.

-We recommend scheduling appointments for rechecks and routine exams so that we can give you our personal and undivided attention.

-We offer after hours consultation services. You will be forwarded to the doctor on call by calling the clinic at 388-4551, where you may leave a message or receive emergency instructions.
