Dr. Lisa J. Willis
Dr. Willis, the Chief of Staff of GOAH, graduated from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. She started working at Great Oaks Animal Hospital as Dr. Ransom's technician in 1992 and then continued on weekends, holidays, and school vacations while she was still in vet school. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, she became a full time associate veterinarian at GOAH. She and her husband, Mike, have three human children Patrick, Darcie, and Gillian. She also has a Canine child Rottweiler, Cali, which she rescued from the streets. She has three feline friends; Jessie who is 21 years old and formerly Dr. Ransom's; and Squish and Hermes who both recovered head trauma as kittens. She also has her guardian Angels; Puppy, Mac, Harley, C.J., O.D., Elmo, Brainard, Maddie, Max-A-Million, Peter, and Esmerelda.

Dr. Laura Beth Baugh
Dr. Baugh is a graduate of Texas A & M University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1993 and her degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1998. She had been employed at Great Oaks Animal Hospital since May of 2002. Her primary professional interests include internal medicine and geriatrics. Dr. Baugh has four non human children at home-her greyhound, Katie, her two Boston terriers, Shelby and Jack, and her rabbit, Lily. During her free time you can find Dr. Baugh taking in a movie, attending a local festival, or possibly out for a run.

Dr. Kelli Kristine Grimm
Dr. Kelli Kristine Grimm is almost-native Austinite. Her undergraduate degree is from TAMU at Galveston and she did her masters work at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. She graduated cum laude from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 and completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Missouri in 2003. She joined the doctors of GOAH in 2005. Her areas of special interest are feline medicine, oncology, and geriatrics. She has four rescued cats; Calliope, Cinder, Bella, and Aslan. However, she comes from a family with three dogs and six cats. In her spare time, she sings at Riverbend Church and volunteers with the Junior League of Austin. She also enjoys cooking, anything outdoors, being on the water, and settling in with her cats and a good book. She is a member of the AVMA Texas Veterinary Medical Association, where she serves as a member of the Companion Animal Medicine Committee. She is also a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners where she serves as a Regional Director/student liaison.
Dr. Real Ransom - In Memoriam
Dr. Real Ransom graduated from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. He opened Great Oaks Animal Hospital at its original location in 1990. He and his wife, Cindy, were tragically killed in a private plane crash in September 2005. He remains a special part of Great Oaks Animal Hospital.
